windows store apps - How to navigate back to a Page and avoid reloading webview? -

i have windows phone store app (xaml) page (mainpage.xaml) has webview loads content , urls. @ point have navigate different windows phone page (page2.xaml), 1 time info there submitted navigate mainpage.xaml, webview command reloads content , user has reenter info again.

is there way create snapshot of webview , load when navigating mainpage.xaml?

i have tried navigationhelper, in onnavigatingfrom event mainpage when seek save frame.content, page2 1 beingness passed in navigationeventargs.

any ideas?

one way never leave page. this, create 2 grids. 1 webview , 1 other view. when page loads, show first grid , hide sec grid. when want show sec view hide first grid , show second.

i have used method in several apps on phone , windows store , can simulate popups way well.
