when click on pune district area, able display new page. want, when mouserover on pune area, pune area bring looks "this pune area".

so how can in javascript or in jquery.

any help appreciate.

in case should treat map vector or svg , aftrwards can fill area , or hightlight , add together stroke .. etc , can done using jvectormaps
