oracle - ORA-12541:TNS:No listener while connecting to DB using toad, when computer is in domain -

my scheme in domain of company. installed oracle in system. able connect oracle using sql plus, whenever tried connect through using toad next error coming.

googled , tried many solutions, nil worked.
