so, lets imagine site high traffic. time time beingness developed , new files/assets have uploaded/updated, while site still under usage. purely uploading files total commander not option. know possibility set white screen "site under maintenance" thats overkill. if edited 1 file "sending post forum", 2 seconds upload code, not worth close whole site. there features (editing own profile) not connected feature. somehow while "sending post forum" uploaded, site hangs on seconds. users can never realize anything.
