like nitsan baleli (who commented on question), i'm seeing looks cartoon version of iron man under http://naumanahmad.me/favicon.ico (the same image that's displayed in top left corner of site).

if seeing old icon instead, it's in local browser cache. seek delete cache, or reload page ignoring cached content (ctrl+f5 in browsers), or load page in different browser never loaded before, create sure browser loads current content site instead of old version cache.
