does has knowledge or installed spatialhadoop? spatialhadoop open source framework embedded hadoop scheme back upwards spatial computation. indeed, have installed next hadoop installation tutorial here . after step 1.4 of tutorial, downloaded spatialhadoop, so, when start hadoop, spatialhadoop library uploaded.

however, tried execute illustration commands of spatialhadoop here ,

the first command executed without errors there no cut down phase

the sec command did not run because of error java.lang.nullpointerexception

any help please?

first command - 'generate',

the function calls, depend on input parameter 'size'. if size greater (100*1024*1024), cut down phase check whether objects in 1 partition or not. if objects in 1 partition, there no need cut down phase. if there more 1 partition, cut down phase required grouping shapes of same partition together.

second command - 'index'

null pointer exception due input parameter - 'shape:'. in index command, along input, output, , sindex, shape parameter required.
